About us
As Founder and Managing Member of Aetos Dios Fund, Frank A. Rizzo is a seasoned Business Executive and Investor, with over 30 years’ experience in Equity Securities and complex investment strategies across equities, equity and index options, currencies and commodities. Frank has worked for leading global technology companies, and also has experience in Commercial Real Estate equity and debt financing, and brings a keen quantitative/analytical background to supplement his research on company fundamentals and competitive market analysis when assessing each investment decision. Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is also a Clark Fellow (Columbia University) in the field of Mathematics and Science Education. Frank successfully passed his Series 65 Licensing examination in 2025 and is eligible to register as a Registered Investment Advisor.
